What a joke
Their employees don’t tell you about the 399$ document fee in their “fair and upfront pricing”
So I just recently moved to the Tulsa area and have been looking into buying a car, however not knowing the area or anyone for recommendations I found myself reliant mainly on online reviews of dealerships. I then found myself scrolling through the reviews of Nelson Mazda.
After a few minutes of reading I was like “awesome they seem very straightforward and honest, I’ll buy a car here” WELL, the old adage of “if it’s too good to be true, it probably is” absolutely holds true.
For an “upfront and fair” store, you think their associates would understand the term “out the door price” very clearly. Unfortunately for me someone did not get the memo. So it was quite surprising that when I asked for costs, SUDDENLY, an extra 399$ document fee appeared.
If you decide to shop here, please read these over the top five star reviews, with a grain of salt. My experience has been nothing but the opposite.
