SOLD me a BOAT with HOLES

I bought a boat from Jim and after further inspection there was issues with the motor, the trailer spindle broke and worst of all there was 3 HOLES in the bottom of the boat being covered by duck tape. I kindly asked that he help cover the cost of the repairs and he has refused to do so multiple times. If he does this with boats I hate to know what kind of cars he sales on his used lot. If you buy a used car from him don't expect to get any service after the deal if something goes wrong.
