Diamond Advantage
I bought 3 new vehicles in 2016 from Diamond GMC In Auburn and had the Diamond Advantage Plan for life on all vehicles. Because of covid i was not able to bring my Sierra 2500 pickup in for its service. I just brought it in today with only 28k miles and was told that my Diamond Advantage plan is void and I have to pay for the service which when I bought the truck was free for life. I was never told when I bought these three GMC vehicles that I had to bring them in once a year regardless of milkes and of course 2020 we were hit with COVID. I will never do business with any entity that David and Lisa Massad own. They are not people of their word.
